I was 15 years old playing high school baseball when I got hit between the shoulder blades with the ball. I immediately fell to my knees in pain but after a little while the pain went away so I thought it was better. Boy, was I wrong! Several years later while waiting tables in college the pain came back even stronger than originally. I would walk into a room to take an order and I could feel my spine twist and then an electric-like shock would go through my whole body; I would have to leave the room.

Dr. Morris received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Boston University. She then went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Cum Laude. She also received the Alumni Scholarship for Clinical Excellence at Palmer West, and the Dr. Sherman Endowment Scholarship for leadership in the community. In addition she was also inducted into the Pi Tau Delta International Chiropractic Honor Society, and named in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

How long does it take to form a bone spur?

Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Round Rock chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
